My Dad's Striking Mid-Century Photographs -

This photo montage is a Happy 84th Birthday tribute to my Dad who in the 1950’s, took these wonderful photographs of the Island of Crete, the Palace of Knossos, the Cretan countryside and the hard working villagers who lived on the ancient land and then photographed the beauty of Athens and the Acropolis. These were the heady days of his youth when he and my mother lived in Heraklion, Crete when they traveled the world as a young Air Force family.
